This document is being finalised with counsel. The summary below describes how Artitech IT Services, Inc. actually works today and is published so nothing here is a surprise; it is not a substitute for the signed engagement letter, which is the contract that governs your project.

What we commit to

  • Every proposal carries a fixed, not-to-exceed figure. We do not bill past a written ceiling without a signed change order.
  • Hardware is invoiced at supplier cost plus a flat ten percent handling line, with the supplier receipt attached.
  • You own the code and the credentials. Source is pushed to your own repository from day one and every credential is handed over on completion.
  • Work is covered by a thirty-day post-launch warranty as standard.

Questions before the full terms are published

Write to hello@artitech.ph and an engineer, not a mailbox, will answer. We are happy to review your own terms instead of ours.
